Raw Material Selection and Preparation
The first step in custom manufacturing is choosing the right raw materials. We use high-grade stainless steel sheets or tubes that are carefully sourced from trusted supplier.
We ensure that the raw materials are tested for corrosion and rust resistance, durability, hygienic, and safety. This guarantees that every bottle we produce can withstand daily use.
Forming the Bottle
Stainless steel materials are cut and shape using various processing such as deep drawing. This creates the inner and outer water bottles.
The inner and outer walls are welded together to create a double-wall structure. This is step is also a preparation for vacuum insulation.
Creating Vacuum Layer
After welding the inner and outer walls, we use a vacuuming machine to extract the air from the space between them. Thus, creating a vacuum layer.
The vacuum is tested for effectiveness. We can also add an optional copper lining to the inner tank’s surface to improve thermal insulation.
Surface Treatment and Finishing
The bottles are cleaned to remove oils and debris from the forming process. Electrolysis may be used to create a corrosion-resistant and clean inner surface.
Then, the exterior is polished to achieve a smooth and aesthetic finish. We also add external coating such as powder coating and painting to improve the overall appearance and functionality.
Customization and Branding
Custom designs are added through various methods, including:
- Laser engraving – etches the logo directly onto the surface
- Heat transfer – transfers a design from special paper using heat
- Silk-screen printing – uses a mesh screen to apply ink for precise logo placement
Then, the neck of the bottle is formed to include threads for the cap.
Assembly and Quality Control
Plastic or stainless steel lids are manufactured through injection molding and then assembled with the bottle body.
All bottles undergo thorough quality control. We test the bottle’s temperature, leakage, and appearance if it meet quality standards.
The final products are packed into custom boxes and cartons for shipping.
